FRC’s ability to accurately project growth and yields uniquely qualifies us to assist in establishing and evaluating long-term wood supply agreements.  Wood supply agreements can have either a positive or negative impact on a property’s value, depending upon the terms and conditions of the agreement.  We can quantify these impacts.  Also, proper harvest scheduling can generate additional income for landowners while still allowing them to meet existing wood supply requirements.
