HUNTING AND LEASE ADMINISTRATION:

The Company provides hunting lease administration on both managed lands and non-managed lands.  In most cases, this is handled through Wildlife Properties, Inc. (an affiliated company).  Wildlife Properties, Inc. (“WP”) leases properties directly from the owner, then sub-leases to individuals and hunt clubs.   WP adds an independent corporate layer to the transaction and purchases blanket liability insurance protection.  This structure enables WP to provide all administrative services, while also providing some additional level of risk reduction for the landowner.
