FRC is committed to maintaining high competency levels, and the staff regularly participates in continuing education courses and are members of many local, state, and national associations.
FRC's principals and key management staff hold and maintain membership in the Association of Consulting Foresters of America, Inc. ("ACF"), whose mission statement in part reads: "To advance and maintain high ethical standards for its members; to improve competency of its members." The firm employs many registered foresters and maintains active licensure across the US South. Select members of the staff also maintain Prescribed Burn Certificates, Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's Licenses, Certified Tree Farm Inspectors,
and Master Timber Harvester designations.
FRC's staff also maintains all necessary appraisal certifications and real estate licensure requirements.
Several of our staff members are also members of the REALTORS® Land
Institute and the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest
trade organization in the world. The REALTORS® Land Institute
is recognized as the preeminent land real estate organization and
has served the nation's land real estate professionals and their
clients for more than 60 years. The firm currently has two Certified Appraisers,
one Registered Georgia Appraiser, five licensed Real Estate Brokers/Associate Brokers, and four licensed Real Estate Sales professionals, all of whom are also foresters.
